Founder and Executive Director of Artist Development
Tiéce has a background in theatre, music, venue and live event management. Originally trained in Musical Theater in the London West End, she eventually pivoted towards music. Snap & Boom’s Founder started her music career in 2012, working for the London Jazz Festival and The British Summer Time (BST) Hyde Park. She has worked with artists including Nicki Minaj, Camila Cabello, Taylor Swift, Major Lazer and 50 Cent. In 2014, the music entrepreneur relocated to the UAE where she continues to provide music and event services to various stakeholders.
In 2021, Tiéce completed a master’s degree in Music Business at the renown Berklee College of Music, further developing her expertise in music marketing, music law and policy, artist management, data analysis and music distribution.
Since founding Snap & Boom, Tiéce works with independent artists, music managers and entertainment stakeholders delivering bespoke creative strategy, management, mentoring and artist development services. Tiéce is extremely passionate about representation and creating a music industry that is safe, accessible and inclusive. Snap & Boom’s core values are centered around representation, diversity, equality, accessibility and empowerment.
If not working, you’ll likely find Tiéce travelling internationally for a live music event, or at home listening to D’Angelo’s Brown Sugar and Amy Winehouse’s Frank albums on her vinyl player.
Jemima Charlotte
Music and Business Partnerships (Intern)
Coming from a film and media background, Jemima has an interest in the concept of using music and entertainment as an effective marketing tool to boost positive campaign outcomes. Jemima is currently interning at Snap & Boom as the Music and Business Partnerships Coordinator to oversee the formation of lasting relationships between artists, brands and organisations.
